In the case of customized designs, it may take longer for delivery depending on the type of work.
The delivery company ships domestic orders between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm (Mon-Sat). It takes a maximum of 7 days for the same. In case of any delay, kindly contact us at support@soorih.com
Shipping chargers for our international orders will be calculated based on the order value, weight and dimensions.
In case, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, kindly cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order.
In case of a wrong or incomplete address, you are requested to update or change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.
Soorih is not responsible for any penalties by any courier company due to incorrect shipping address.
Some orders may need to be reshipped; Soorih will not bear the re-shipping charges in this condition.
Note that the duration we have mentioned is only approximate depending upon the availability of the items and other factors.
In case of difficulty delivering your order, we might refund you for unfulfilled. (Refund is not applicable for COD orders)
Make sure you mention the billing and shipment address correctly to avoid any discrepancies.
